3. AI-Assisted & Edited Artwork

Some visual artworks displayed on this Site are created using AI-assisted tools (including Midjourney) and further edited, composed, or transformed by me using design software (such as Photoshop and ClipStudio).

All final compositions, selections, edits, and creative direction are original works curated and owned by me. These images and songs may not be reused, trained on, redistributed, or repurposed without permission.

This Site may contain links to third-party platforms such as Amazon, YouTube, or other media hosting services.

I am not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or policies of external platforms. Any purchases or interactions made through third-party links are governed by their own terms and policies.

Music featured on this Site includes original compositions created by me using AI-assisted music tools (such as Suno), with lyrics written by me.

All music is shared for listening, inspiration, and creative context only. You may not reproduce, remix, upload, monetise, or redistribute this music without permission.

6. Corner of Thoughts & Fair Use Disclaimer

The Corner of Thoughts section contains personal commentary, essays, analysis, and reflective writing on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

  • music, lyrics, and artistic projects

  • literature and writing craft

  • spirituality, symbolism, and belief systems

  • psychology, creativity, and personal development

  • cultural themes, mythology, and creative interpretation

Where third-party works are referenced, they are used under fair use for the purposes of commentary, critique, education, and transformative analysis.

  • No official logos are used

  • No full copyrighted works (such as complete song lyrics or texts) are reproduced
